Sedeen supports a variety of drawing tools like polygon, ruler, arrow, rectangle, oval, freehand and more. You can also export annotations in XML format for use in other programs.

Powerful image stacking, alignment and transparency controls make it easy to visualize protein expression and localization. Sedeen lets you relate multiple serial sections and track changes that occur at various depth in tissue. You can even compare your histology images to other modalities like MRI, CT and ultrasound! Crop your virtual slides into smaller, more manageable pieces for publications, emails and analysis. You can crop and resize images one at a time, or do them all in batch mode.

Apply pseudo-color to grayscale images, particularly useful when viewing fluorescent images simultaneously. Sedeen also lets you adjust the brightness, contrast, and gamma correction factor of RGB images.
